  1. Pat the boneless pork chop dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine dried oregano, dried thyme, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Press the herb mixture onto both sides of the pork chop to create a crust.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chop and sear for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 145°F).
  4. While the pork chop is cooking, steam or boil the green beans until tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Serve the herb-crusted pork chop immediately with the steamed green beans.
