Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, preheat over medium-high heat on the stovetop.
  2. Pat the sirloin steaks dry with paper towels. Rub each side with 1 tablespoon olive oil, then season generously with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned steaks on the hot grill. For medium-rare doneness (internal temperature of 135°F/57°C), grill for 4-5 minutes per side. Adjust cooking time for desired doneness. For medium (140°F/60°C), grill 5-6 minutes per side. For medium-well (145°F/63°C), grill 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. While the steaks are grilling, prepare the Caesar salad kit according to package instructions. This usually involves tossing lettuce with dressing, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake or toast the frozen garlic bread according to package instructions, typically 5-8 minutes in a preheated oven or toaster oven.
  6. Remove steaks from the grill and let rest on a cutting board for 5-10 minutes before slicing or serving whole. This helps keep them juicy. Serve immediately with the Caesar salad and garlic bread.

Notes

Using an instant-read thermometer is the best way to ensure your steak is cooked to your preferred doneness. Let the steaks rest for maximum juiciness.
