  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chicken cubes, zucchini pieces, and red bell pepper pieces. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating them.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp and slightly charred.
  5. Serve immediately.
