Ingredients
- 0.75 pound chicken breast (boneless, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 zucchini (medium, cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 red bell pepper (large, cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken cubes, zucchini pieces, and red bell pepper pieces. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the chicken and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating them.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp and slightly charred.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Be careful not to overcrowd the skewers to ensure even cooking.
