Ingredients
- 12 ounce cooked chicken breast (diced)
- 6 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 English cucumber (diced)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small blender or bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, finely chopped fresh basil, fresh lemon juice, kosher salt, and black pepper; whisk or blend until smooth and pale green.
