Ingredients
- 3 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
- 0.5 cup coconut (shredded or flaked)
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
- 0.25 cup honey
- 0.25 cup margarine (melted)
- 1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.66 cup raisins
Instructions
- Conventional Oven: Heat oven to 350 ºF. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except raisins, mix well.
- Bake in 13x9 inch baking pan at 350 ºF for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Stir every 5 minutes.
- Stir in raisins.
- Cool thoroughly.
- Store in tightly covered container.
Notes
Honey should not be fed to children under 1 year of age.
