Instructions
- Heat 1/2 teaspoon olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons sliced green onions and 1/2 cup grated zucchini, cooking for 2 minutes until softened.
- Crumble 5 ounces firm tofu into the skillet using your hands or a fork.
- Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
- Stir everything together and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until thoroughly warmed through and evenly golden.
