  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the whole wheat flatbreads on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Spread half of the marinara sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border. Top with fresh spinach.
  3. Carefully crack two large eggs onto each flatbread on top of the spinach. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until egg whites are set but yolks are still slightly runny. Serve immediately.
