- 2 whole wheat flatbreads (large)

- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 4 eggs (large)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the whole wheat flatbreads on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border. Top with fresh spinach.
- Carefully crack two large eggs onto each flatbread on top of the spinach. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until egg whites are set but yolks are still slightly runny. Serve immediately.
