Instructions

  1. Pat the sirloin steak pieces dry with paper towels. Season generously with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until nicely browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add 4 tablespoons unsalted butter to the skillet. Once melted, add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet with the garlic butter. Sauté for 3-5 minutes, tossing frequently, until the zucchini noodles are tender-crisp. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  5. Return the seared steak to the skillet with the zucchini noodles and toss to combine, coating everything in the garlic butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
