Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 zucchinis (large, spiralized)
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.75 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Pat the sirloin steak pieces dry with paper towels. Season generously with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until nicely browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add 4 tablespoons unsalted butter to the skillet. Once melted, add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet with the garlic butter. Sauté for 3-5 minutes, tossing frequently, until the zucchini noodles are tender-crisp. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Return the seared steak to the skillet with the zucchini noodles and toss to combine, coating everything in the garlic butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
