- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed and 2 tablespoons chia seeds until evenly integrated into the seasoned meat mixture.
- Layer 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce onto two shallow serving bowls and spoon the warm spiced beef and peppers directly over the greens.
