- 2 cup fresh spinach (roughly chopped)
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 slice garlic bread (pre-made, microwaveable type)
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, pre-cooked pasta, jarred Alfredo sauce, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through, until heated through and bubbling.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and grated Parmesan cheese until the spinach wilts slightly.
- While the pasta heats, microwave the garlic bread according to package directions, typically 30-60 seconds per slice.
- Serve immediately with the warm garlic bread on the side.
