  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 chopped large head of romaine lettuce and 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken breast.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing and toss until the lettuce and chicken are evenly coated.
  3. Divide the salad among four plates. Top each serving with 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of croutons.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

To make this meal extra quick, use pre-cooked shredded chicken (like from a rotisserie chicken) and store-bought Caesar dressing.
