  1. Season the chicken breast cutlets with 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. While chicken cooks, prepare the couscous: Place quick-cooking couscous in a heatproof bowl. Pour hot chicken broth or water over the couscous, add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and let stand for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
  4. Add minced garlic and remaining 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano to the skillet. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the asparagus pieces, lime juice, remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken into strips if desired. Serve the seared chicken and sautéed asparagus alongside the fluffy couscous.
