Ingredients
- 0.33 cup low-fat mayonnaise (low-fat)
- 0.33 cup low-fat plain yogurt (plain)
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice

- 3 cup chicken breast (cooked, chopped)
- 1 red apple (medium, diced)

Instructions
