Ingredients

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, ground cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper to create the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained canned chicken breast, cooked brown rice, diced red bell pepper, edamame, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, and mixed greens.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the ingredients in the large bowl and toss gently until everything is well combined and coated.
- Divide the bowl into four portions and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Notes
