Ingredients
- 10 ounce chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.125 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 flour tortillas (medium)
- 4 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 0.5 cup Roma tomatoes (diced)
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- If not using pre-cooked chicken, slice chicken breast into thin strips. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken strips with kosher salt and black pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
- Warm flour tortillas according to package directions. Lay each tortilla flat.
- Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing over each tortilla. Layer with chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken strips, diced Roma tomatoes, and shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Using pre-cooked chicken (like rotisserie chicken) makes this meal even faster. Ensure your Caesar dressing is ready to go for minimal fuss.
