  1. If not using pre-cooked chicken, slice chicken breast into thin strips. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken strips with kosher salt and black pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Warm flour tortillas according to package directions. Lay each tortilla flat.
  3. Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing over each tortilla. Layer with chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken strips, diced Roma tomatoes, and shredded Parmesan cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Using pre-cooked chicken (like rotisserie chicken) makes this meal even faster. Ensure your Caesar dressing is ready to go for minimal fuss.
