Ingredients
- 3 ounce cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
- 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 0.25 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoon Caesar dressing
- 1 whole wheat tortilla (large, 10-inch)
- 1 ounce tortilla chips
Instructions
- If not using pre-cooked chicken, quickly pan-fry 3 ounces of thinly sliced chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper in a lightly oiled pan for about 5 minutes until cooked through. Shred or dice.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add the Caesar dressing to the salad mixture and toss until all ingredients are well coated.
- Lay the large whole wheat tortilla flat. Spoon the salad mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving space around the edges.
- Place the shredded or diced cooked chicken breast over the salad.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap. Serve immediately with tortilla chips on the side.
