Ingredients
- 8 ounce fettuccine noodles
- 1 cup broccoli (fresh or frozen, chopped)
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 16 ounce chicken breast (boneless)
- 0.33 cup Basic Soup and Sauce Mix
- 1.25 cup water
- 0.5 cup milk (non-fat)
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 0.25 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine noodles according to package directions.
- Add broccoli to the cooking fettuccine noodles for the last 4 minutes of cooking time.
- Drain the fettuccine noodles and broccoli.
- Heat butter in a skillet.
- Add chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned, stirring often.
- Combine Basic Soup and Sauce Mix and water in a saucepan.
- Bring the sauce mixture to a boil and cook until thick.
- Add milk, Parmesan cheese, pepper (if using), and the cooked fettuccine noodles, broccoli, and chicken mixture to the sauce and heat through.
- Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
