Ingredients
- 7 piece white flatbread (refined white flour)
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (smooth, jarred)
- 1.5 pound chicken breast (boneless, skinless, cooked and shredded)
- 2.5 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place 7 white flatbread pieces onto two large baking sheets.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of smooth Alfredo sauce evenly across the surface of each flatbread.
- Toss the cooked shredded chicken breast with 1/2 teaspoon salt, then distribute the meat evenly over the sauced flatbreads.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken layer on all flatbreads.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the flatbread crust edges are lightly golden.
- Cut each flatbread into slices and serve warm or cool completely before packaging for lunchboxes.
