- 1 teaspoon lime juice

- 0.5 cup carrots (grated)
- 0.25 cup red onion (chopped)
- 2 cup arugula (fresh, chopped)
- 12 ounce chicken breast (cooked, cubed)
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (8-inch)
Instructions
- Mash half the avocado chunks with yogurt and lime juice in a medium bowl.
- Add remaining filling ingredients, including the rest of the avocado chunks; mix gently.
