  2. While sausage cooks, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the cooked sausage and onions. Stir gently as the eggs set, scrambling them to your desired consistency, about 3-5 minutes.
