Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (medium, sliced)
- 2 cup carrots (sliced)
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 cup onion (sliced)
- 1 pound ground beef (90% lean, browned and drained)
- 1.5 cup green beans
- 1 can tomato soup (low-sodium)
Instructions
- Lightly oil or spray baking dish with cooking spray.
- Layer ingredients in order given: potatoes, carrots, black pepper, onion, ground beef, green beans, and tomato soup.
- Cover the baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until tender and thoroughly heated.
- Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
Notes
For variation, use peas or corn instead of green beans. Use your favorite cream soup instead of tomato soup.
