  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced sirloin steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Add the shredded green cabbage and thinly sliced red bell pepper to the same skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Add the minced garlic and grated fresh ginger, cooking for another 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Stir in the coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and black pepper. Toss everything together to coat well. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  4. Serve immediately.
