Ingredients
- 4 ounce sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cup green cabbage (shredded)
- 0.25 cup red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 0.5 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced sirloin steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the shredded green cabbage and thinly sliced red bell pepper to the same skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Add the minced garlic and grated fresh ginger, cooking for another 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Stir in the coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and black pepper. Toss everything together to coat well. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
