  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions in salted water. Drain well and set aside.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and dried oregano, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the marinara sauce and beef broth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low and stir in the fresh spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir the drained pasta into the sauce with the black pepper. Taste and season with additional salt, if needed.
  6. Prepare the garlic bread according to package directions, while the pasta sauce is simmering.
  7. Serve the Beef and Spinach Pasta immediately with the garlic bread.

Notes
