Ingredients
- 2 pound trout fillets (cut into six pieces)
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tomato (medium, chopped)
- 0.5 onion (medium, chopped)
- 3 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
- 0.5 teaspoon olive oil
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

- 0.5 cup red pepper (fresh, chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F. Pat trout fillets dry and place in baking dish.
- In a separate dish, mix lime juice, tomato, onion, cilantro, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and red pepper together and pour over fish.
