Baked Salmon with Herbs and Lemon

  1. If using frozen fish, thaw in refrigerator according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Separate (or cut) fish into 4 pieces.
  3. Place fish in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  4. Combine paprika, garlic and onion powders, pepper, oregano, and thyme in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle herb mixture and lemon juice evenly over the fish.
  6. Then drizzle melted margarine on top.
  7. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 to 25 minutes.
