  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Place parmesan cheese, all-purpose flour, and thyme in paper bag.
  2. Individually coat tilapia fish fillets by gently shaking in bag; discard coating ingredients.
  3. Place tilapia fish fillets in baking pan on rack.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
  5. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add onion, mushroom caps, green onions, and garlic.
  7. Cook, stirring frequently, until onion is tender.
  8. Season with ground black pepper.
  9. Serve baked fish topped with mushroom mixture.
