Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil ((or cooking oil of choice))
- 6 eggs
- 0.5 cup milk (fat-free)
- 0.5 cup cheese (fat-free, grated)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1.5 teaspoon oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put vegetable oil in a medium baking dish or small cake pan and heat in the oven for a few minutes.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs.
- Mix in fat-free milk, fat-free cheese, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Pour into hot pan.
- Bake 20 minutes or until eggs are firm.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
4 eggs and 4 egg whites may be used instead of 6 eggs to reduce fat and cholesterol.
