Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put vegetable oil in a medium baking dish or small cake pan and heat in the oven for a few minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat eggs.
  3. Mix in fat-free milk, fat-free cheese, garlic powder, and oregano.
  4. Pour into hot pan.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until eggs are firm.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

4 eggs and 4 egg whites may be used instead of 6 eggs to reduce fat and cholesterol.
