  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared dish.
  2. Season chicken evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Pour the sauce over and around the chicken breasts.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). While the chicken bakes, prepare the frozen green beans according to package directions (e.g., microwave or stovetop steam) and cook the instant mashed potatoes according to package instructions.
  5. Remove chicken from oven. If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving alongside the green beans and mashed potatoes.

Notes

Check chicken for doneness at 18 minutes; thicker breasts may need an extra minute or two. The creamy sauce is great for soaking up with the mashed potatoes.
