Ingredients
- 0.25 mini baguette (about 9" long, split lengthwise, or 2 split English muffins)
- 0.5 cup pizza sauce
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese (part-skim, shredded)
- 0.25 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 0.25 cup mushrooms (fresh or canned, sliced)
- 0.25 cup vegetable toppings
- 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Toast the bread or English muffin until slightly brown.
- Top bread or muffin with pizza sauce, vegetables and low-fat cheese.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning as desired.
- Return bread to toaster oven (or regular oven preheated to 350 degrees F). Heat until cheese melts.
