Ingredients
- 2 package frozen acai puree (unsweetened, broken into pieces)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana (half frozen for blending, half sliced for topping)
- 0.5 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 0.5 cup granola
- 2 tablespoon flaked coconut (toasted)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Add the broken frozen acai puree packets, frozen mixed berries, frozen banana half, almond milk, and honey to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on low speed using the tamper tool to push frozen fruit into the blades, slowly increasing speed until thick, creamy, and completely smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Divide the thick acai mixture evenly between two shallow breakfast bowls.
- Arrange the remaining sliced banana, granola, toasted flaked coconut, and chia seeds across the top of each bowl and serve immediately.
Notes
Keep the liquid minimal to maintain a thick, spoonable texture that supports toppings.
